The youngest parts of you are still running the show.
There is a version of you that learned, very early, how to survive. How much space to take up. Whether it was safe to be seen. Whether love was reliable. Whether your needs were too much. Whether you were enough.
That version of you did an extraordinary job. It protected. It found ways to keep going in circumstances that asked too much of someone so young.
But those adaptations did not disappear when you grew up. They became the subconscious agreements that still run the background of your adult life. Shaping how you love, how you receive, how you set limits, how you speak about yourself in the quiet moments no one else hears.
Inner child healing works with those younger parts of you directly. Not through revisiting the past for its own sake, but by meeting what is still active. Still influencing. Still shaping the choices and the patterns of your present life.
When those parts are met with the same intelligence they were formed from, with steadiness rather than force, with understanding rather than judgement, they no longer need to run their protection. The subconscious agreement formed in survival can finally complete. And what has been quietly capping your capacity to receive love, rest, visibility, and connection begins to lift.

Every session begins with an open, unhurried conversation. A space to notice what has been present, what patterns have been surfacing, where the younger part has been most active. From there, the work moves to meet those parts directly, using a blend of counselling, intuitive energy healing, and somatic awareness. The session is guided entirely by what is ready to emerge. Nothing is forced. Everything moves at the pace of the system.
